⭕ Timed 21.1K - 05:30 hrs - 3:30 hrs - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

⭕ Timed 10K - 06:00 hrs - 2:00 hrs - Minimum 14 years old as on race day

⭕ Non Timed - Fun Run 5K - 06:30 hrs - 1 hr - Minimum 8 years old as on race day 

⭕ Non Timed - Fun Run 3K - 06:30 hrs - Not applicable - Minimum 8 years old as on race day

RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS

Race will start & finish at Capitol Complex, Sector 1, Chandigarh.

Full course is on an excellent paved roads on which runners can achieve their personal best timings and break their own records as they train well.

There will be enough aid stations along with the medical support to keep you ever hydrated.

In terms of distance, Chandigarh is a small city with very less of traffic even during day and has a maximum radius of 10 - 12 km.

PODIUM FINISHERS FROM THE RACE

The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Age & Gender Wise Categories for the distances as mentioned below.

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 21.1 KM are :-

⭕ 18 years to 30 years of age

⭕ 31 years to 40 years of age

⭕ 41 years to 50 years of age

⭕ 51 years to 60 years of age

⭕ Above 60 years of age

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are :-

⭕ 14 years to 17 years of age

⭕ 18 years to 30 years of age

⭕ 31 years to 40 years of age

⭕ 41 years to 50 years of age

⭕ 51 years to 60 years of age

⭕ Above 60 years of age

Please note that there would be no Age / Gender Categories in the Non Timed - Fun Run 5 KM & 3 KM race.

FEATURE CREATIVES
==================

Pictures requested in the registration process are for feature creatives and are only for promotional purposes. The same are not anyway a part of the opted takeaway(s) for your registration.

The feature creatives will only be made for registered participants up till 1st September, 2022.

No feature creatives shall be made for anyone after the above mentioned date.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY
==================================================

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 40 days after the virtual event.
