Flexathon 2026

Flexathon 2026 is a purpose-led running event in Hyderabad that combines fitness, community participation and awareness around the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The inaugural 2026 edition focuses on Goal 4 – Quality Education, with 3K, 5K and 10K categories for families, first-time runners, fitness enthusiasts and competitive participants.
