Brand Circus Events proudly presents the 4th edition of the Stadium Run, an exhilarating and engaging experience for all participants. Held uniquely within a stadium, this event combines the thrill of competitive racing with the vibrant ambiance of a sports arena, offering a distinctive running experience.

Note: One loop will be considered 400 meters, irrespective of which lane participants run in.

The winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) will be awarded a trophy.

21 KM participants must complete a 53 Loops
10 KM participants must complete a 25 Loops
5 KM participants must complete a 13 Loops

TERMS & CONDITIONS / OTHER DETAILS

• Please choose the event category carefully, registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified.

• During Stadium run time provided by the official timing partner will be considered final, timed measured by participants on digital watches or mobile applications such as Garmin, strava, Nike, etc will not be considered and counted.

• Participants must provide a valid contact mobile number(WhatsApp) and email id for further communication

• It is a must for all participants to run in their allotted lanes

• Race directors and Organiser decisions will be the final.

• The minimum age to participate is 10 years for 5 km, 12 years for 10 km & 16 years for Half Marathon.

• Participants have to collect the kit (BIB-T-shirts) on the day of the expo i.e 27/7/24, Kit will not be available on the day of the event.

• Bib and Timing chips have to be worn at all times during the entire run on the chest.

• Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during the race. Each runner shall be responsible for his/her own health/condition. The Organizer will not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race as a direct result of gross negligence of the Organizer.

• The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case by case basis as recommended by the medical team appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in a hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not payable by the Organizer and the relevant hospital.

• The participant is responsible for their own safety.

• You assure that in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents threats on the day, or restriction by authorities, the organizer reserves the right to postpone/stop/cancel the event.

• All rights and decisions are reserved with Brand Circus Events.

• Keep checking this space for regular updates

• No family and friends will be entertained on the track for participants.

• Distance for one loop is considered as 400 mtrs irrespective of the lane the participant runs in.
