· Please reach the Welcome Centre & kindly park your vehicle at the designated area.
· Please go to the Registration Office and approach the SRMD WHHM Desk to collect your wrist band for entry to the Ashram and transport to upper dining.
· Ashram vehicle will drop you to the upper level of the dining complex and make your way to
Hall No. 3 to collect your BIB and kits.
· Don't miss out on taking a tour of the Ashram as per below time slots

Information
A. Participants have to show the Email OR SMS which has their BIB number. Alternatively please show registration information SMS/email while collecting the BIB.
B. At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry original ID proof (ID Proof which has a Photo and Date of Birth)
C. No race category changes will be allowed
D. No t-shirt exchange will be allowed. (We will try our best to accommodate the tee size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any requests for change in sizes/colour will not be entertained. Please note no race day tee will be couriered to anyone pre or post the event.)
E. Participants will not be allowed on the Race Day without BIB
F. Unavailable for the BIB Collection? Assign someone! Authorization Letter signed by the registered runner.
She/he must carry a soft copy of the Registration Confirmation [With BIB Details] email / SMS.

G. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Expo.
Note: BIBs will not be distributed on race day.

Half Marathon runners can see Shankarwaterfall at the 14Km mark. There is just one side of the constant waterfall and this place more seems like a secret the sound of waterfall one can enjoy to reduce anxiety.
Stop for a moment to capture the smiles of cute children en route.
You are missing a good day in your life if you haven’t been at places like Shankar Waterfall and Wilson Hills. It is one of the few hill stations in the world from which it is possible to glimpse the sea.
The hill station also has a rich tribal culture and runners can witness traditional dance and music performances by the local tribes.
About Wilson Hill
Wilson Hills is a special hill station in Gujarat it is located in Dharampur Tehsil Valsad near Surat in Gujarat. Wilson Hills is located in an area with dense forests. It is located near the Pangarbari Wildlife Sanctuary. This Hills station is one of the stations from where the sea can also be seen.
Wilson Hills was opened by Lord Wilson and the last king of Dharampur Vijay Devji. Lord Wilson was the Governor of Mumbai and the hills are named in his memory.
Here you will like the winding roads (zigzag road) greenery-covered hills cloudy clouds waterfalls and fog during the rainy season.

How to Reach
1. BY AIR: There are no regular flights from other major cities of the country to Valsad. The nearest airport is Surat Airport (STV) which is 99km away and Mumbai Airport (BOM) is 186 km approx. via NH48.
2. BY TRAIN: There is no direct rail line to Dharampur, which can only be reached by road. The nearest railway station is Valsad, which is 55 km away from Wilson Hill Station.
3. BY ROAD: You can easily get regular buses to Valsad Dharampur from other major cities. Bus Station(s): Valsad Dharampur.

Sunday Sports Club is dedicated to promoting and developing cycling as a HEALTHY life-supporting sport. This requires discipline training nutrition technique guidance understanding and motivation. Prize Money Rules:
The prize money applies to Indian participants only.
The overall winners & age categories winners are separate.
Overall Winners are not eligible for any age category trophy or prize.
All winners will be announced on our website and on our Social Media Channels 7 working days post the event after verification of the document. They will be provided with their winner’s prizes 45 days from the finish of the event.
Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age as may be required by the organizer for the cash prize which the Event Promoter may at its sole discretion withhold disbursement or disqualify the said participant from the competition.
All prizes are subjected to taxation, providing age proof and completion of necessary formalities.
On Investigation, If the runners are found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable). Such runners shall also be disqualified from future competitions.
Any claims made post-25 August 2024 stand nullified.
Protests and Appeals
1. Any confirmed runner of the SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon 2024 can lodge a protest in relation to the official race results in relation to the age category finish positions declared after the race.
2. The Protest email must be sent to the runwilsonhill.official@gmail.com
3. Only the protest email received on or before 25 August 2024 will be entertained. A jury shall deliberate, verify and deliver its decision on the Protest within 7 working days of receiving the Protest Letter.
4. The decision will be intimated to the person lodging the protest and shall be featured on the event website, where in favourable. Decision of the Event Organizer shall be final and binding on all.
5. Timing results: Where the timing result of an runner with respect to his/her gender and/or age, is required to be updated online, the runner needs to write, no later than 25 August 2024 at runwilsonhill.official@gmail.com, specifying the nature of edit required and attaching the relevant proof of change. Requests received after 25 August 2024 will not be entertained.
Entry Rules & Regulations
Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned in this form prior to submitting your application. Registration confirmation received will be subject to applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.
Participants can register only via online using this registration link and paying applicable entry fees based on race category opted for. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event organizer Lions Club of Dharampur State.

Participants must register on or before the closing date of the registration no new entry will be accepted post 5th August 2024.
Registration fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
Please save the confirmation email received after registration as a reference for future communications.
Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or timing bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the subsequent edition of the event.
Please note if you don't wear your timing bib tag as instructed you won't be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official Certificate recording your finish times. No bib tag – No Timing – No Prize.
No vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.
Only those confirmed participants wearing the running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.
Further every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation fold alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the event.
Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
Baggage counters are available for all participants. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone camera jewellery watch electronic gadgets etc. in the bag stored. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or its belongings
Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venue and on the route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.
The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing team and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.
Any race day audio video or visual recordings made by a participant at the SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon BIB Expo or on race day are to be used only for personal purposes; these cannot be used for any commercial purpose.
The rules listed are subject to change as per the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee. Hours post-closing hours of race day.

I am voluntarily participating at SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon 2024 with complete knowledge of the associated risks and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury. By signing this Waiver and Release I declare that I am medically able properly trained physically fit and capable of participating in a race and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon 2024. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon 2024. I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless to the SRMD SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon 2024 Team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heirs assigns and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to SRMD Wilson Hill Half Marathon 2024 its Partner organizations and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application and/or my name photograph videotape motion picture recording voice or likeness for any purpose including pre-race and post-race publicity.
