7th Aravali Trail Run 2024 - 7 Edition

Aravali Trail Run is for the beginners as well as for the hard-core ultra-runners. You have a chance to spend time in the Trails of picturesque Aravali Forest. All you need to know is how much your current fitness levels carry you through this adventure. The challenging trail is a familiar one where you have been running since long. The course is 100% trail. Some stretches will be the toughest in terms of terrain. It’s time to ‘Explore Aravali Trails on Foot’

Run/Walk Categories: -
Ultra-Runners won’t be allowed to run without a head torch or proper lighting arrangements in the early morning darkness.

Note of Caution for Walkers:
- Walkers are not allowed to Run.
- Any 10Km Walk participant finishing in less than 1:30hrs will be disqualified.
- Any 30Km Walk participant finishing in less than 4:30hrs will be disqualified.

60% flat discount till 30th June
50% flat discount till 31st July
The above discounts will be withdrawn as soon as targeted slots per discount slab are filled
Last date of registrations is 18th Nov or as soon as targeted slots are filled

Home Delivery of Kits-
You may opt for home delivery of your event kit while filling the form. This facility remains available till 15days before the event (9th Nov. in this case).

Rewards & Felicitations-

# No prizes/ felicitation in case of low participation (5 or less) in gender categories of each distance

# Only the winner will be felicitated if the participation is between 5 and 10.

# Top 3 will be felicitated if the participation size is 11 & above
# Age Category prizes in distance categories where participation is more than 100

Refund Policy-
- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

No question asked refund policy:- 
In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a refund (excluding processing fee).

Emergencies:
Participants are responsible for their own safety while participating. You are encouraged to carry your cell phone with you as a safety precaution. In case of an emergency contact the nearest check point or the control room. The contact details will be made available before the start.
