"i2k POCHAMPALLI Trust" Reg no: 8/2024/B4 Who we are? In the years leading up to 2020, awareness about the importance of fitness and health through exercise was lacking in our Pochampalli community. After the COVID-19 pandemic, some individuals began to prioritize exercise. Following suit, we also began to prioritize exercise. We started running regularly. After finishing the run, we experienced a kind of mental satisfaction. We started running daily to enjoy its benefits, and eventually, we began participating in marathons. There, we were surprised to see that we, older adults, were running faster than younger individuals. This activity gave us additional energy. Later, we became slaves to marathons. We started sharing the benefits of marathons and the government schemes associated with them among our fellow travelers. We thought that if people start running regularly, it could help prevent certain health issues. Through running, we witnessed individuals losing weight from 100 kg to 60 kg, overcoming heart disease, diabetes, and even improving eyesight. This further increased our enthusiasm.

"If blood circulation is for the upper body, it's heart, If blood circulation is for the lower body, it's legs" That's why the saying goes, "A human's second heart is their legs".( In our mother tounge Irandam Idhayam Kaalgal)With this essence, we have established the "i2k Pochampalli Trust". Starting in 2024, with an aim to mark greenery, we embark on a journey.
