RACE COURSE and AID STATIONS

The race will start and finish in Sultanpur Lodhi, Punjab. India. The course is designed to give participants an exciting and fast-paced running experience. Multiple aid stations and medical support will be available throughout the course to keep runners hydrated and supported.

RACE DISTANCES CUTOFFS and MINIMUM AGE

Timed 21.1K - Start time 05:30 AM - cut off timing 3 hours 30 minutes - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

Timed 10K - Start time 06:00 AM - 1 hour 45 minutes - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

Timed 5K - Start time 06:30 AM - 1 hour - Minimum 16 years old as on race day

Timed Fun Run 5K - start time 06:30 AM - NO CUT OFF TIME - no age limit

REGISTRATION BENEFITS

The registration fee includes a timed chip for all race categories. It also covers the participant kit jersey goodie bag food medical aid refreshments on race day and a finishers medal.

Once registration is confirmed the fee is non-refundable unless event gets cancelled or postponed. In case a participant wants to withdraw from the event due to unavoidable reasons kindly inform the organizers latest by April 10 2025 by writing to baazsportsacademybaaz@gmail.com to Non-refund including processing fee.

About the Event

The Vaisakhi Marathon has successfully completed three marathons and organized three athletics events at Sr. Sec. School Parmjit Pur, Sultanpur Lodhi, promoting health, fitness, and community engagement. This year, we are thrilled to host the 4th edition of the Vaisakhi Marathon, setting a new milestone in our journey.

"The Vaisakhi Marathon 4th Edition - Sultanpur Lodhi, organized by BAAZ SPORTS ACADEMY, is dedicated to making a positive impact. The funds collected from ticket sales will be used to support child education, provide sports kits for youth, and honor wheelchair participants with prize money, recognizing their determination and spirit."

Ticket Refund Policy

Once an entry is received no requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

However only in case of illness or injury participants may opt for the BIB Surrender facility from 15th April 2025 10 AM to 18th April 2025 7 PM by sending an email with the subject BIB Surrender Request to baazsportsacademybaaz@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed after deducting an INR 250 processing fee. A medical certificate is mandatory to avail of this facility.
