About the Event
Join the TUM25 Telangana Ultra Marathon 2025 ( TRAIL RUN ) and challenge yourself like never before! This event offers runners a chance to test and push their limits of fitness and endurance. It's not just a run - it's an experience that builds confidence and celebrates personal achievement.
Race Categories:
Participants can choose from the following race categories based on their preference and fitness level:
- 50 KM ULTRA MARATHON
- 42 KM MARATHON
- 21 KM HALF MARATHON
- 10 KM Run TIMED RUN
- 5 KM FUN RUN
Each participant must complete their chosen distance within the designated cut-off time.
Start Times & Cut-Offs:
- 50 KM: 6:00 AM Start Cut-off: 8 hours
- 42 KM: 6:15 AM Start Cut-off: 6 hours
- 21 KM: 6:30 AM Start
- 10 KM: 6:45 AM Start
- 5 KM: 7:00 AM Start
Eligibility Criteria for 50 KM Ultra
To participate in the 50 KM category, runners must have completed a marathon and a half marathon. Alternatively, they must submit a valid timing certificate or a personal Strava link showing completion of a full marathon (42.195 KM) within 6 hours.
Registration Details
- Please read the Privacy Policy and DoS & Don'ts carefully before registering.
- Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with their registration ID.
- A portion of the registration fees will be donated to the Target Cycling Champions Foundation, which supports rural youth especially girls in taking up cycling by providing necessary facilities.

EXPO details we share through e mail or sms event one week before , Participants will also receive a T-shirt & BIB EVENT ONE DAY BEFORE.
Food & Refreshments
- Morning breakfast will be provided for all participants.
- Lunch will be served for participants of 21 KM, 42 KM, and 50 KM categories.
Important Notes & Instructions
- The venue is approximately 60 km from Hyderabad. Please arrange for accommodation in advance if you are traveling from outside.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Takeaways (medal, certificate, ) will be handed over at the venue only timing runner get e-certificate, No home delivery or courier service is available.
- Follow all government and event protocols, including social distancing guidelines.
- Participants must upload their run data via a link sent through SMS and email.
- Only run in your selected category and do not exceed the registered distance.
- YOGA SECTION before the run and stretch afterwards. Stay hydrated.
- Do not participate if you have any existing medical conditions. The organizers are not responsible for your health or safety.
Awards:
- No cash prizes.
- Trophies will be awarded to top finishers in each category.

Please note:
- There will be separate arrangements for men and women. No mixed-gender sharing will be allowed.
- 200Rs rooms: Basic shared accommodation. Beds will be arranged in a large hall at a low cost.
- 300Rs rooms: Slightly better comfort than the 200Rs option.
- 500Rs tents: Individual tents will be provided, and the charge is per bed.
- 1000Rs guest house: Guest houses will be available, but only two persons per room are allowed, either both male or both female. Mixed-gender sharing is not permitted.
- 1500Rs accommodation: Offers more comfort and includes a separate bathroom.
- Accommodation will be provided only to those who book in advance.
