Important Instructions:

Kids must wear comfortable sports shoes

Parents/Guardians must accompany kids at the venue

Reporting time must be strictly followed

Race Will Be Flagged Off In Waves, So That Inactive Waves has to Wait For Their Turn In The Holding Area

Either Mom or Dad Will Be Allowed To Run With Their Kids (Either Of Them Has to Wait In The Holding Area)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each registration is valid for one child participant only.

All registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.

(T-shirt size once selected during registration cannot be changed under any circumstances. Participants are requested to select their size carefully.)

The registration/ticket includes 1 T-shirt, 1 Medal, 1 Snack Box, 1 Goodie Bag, and 1 BIB, which are applicable only for the registered child participant of the Surat Kids Marathon. Parents/Guardians accompanying the child will not be eligible for these inclusions.

Participants must be registered under the correct age category:

• 400 Meter – 3 to 6 years

• 800 Meter – 7 to 10 years

Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian only.

The parent/guardian confirms that the child is physically fit to participate.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before participation if required.

Any known medical condition must be disclosed during registration.

Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

The organizer, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, or damage during the event.

Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the child’s supervision at all times.

Basic medical support will be available at the venue; however, any additional medical expenses will be borne by the parent/guardian.

All participants must follow instructions given by organizers, volunteers, and officials.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe.

Wearing the official BIB is mandatory during the event. Participants without BIB will not be allowed to participate.

Event kits (T-shirt, BIB, etc.) must be collected as per the given schedule.

No exchange or replacement will be provided once issued.

The organizer is not responsible for uncollected kits.

Participants must report at the venue before the given reporting time; late arrivals may not be allowed.

Parents/guardians must accompany children throughout the event.

Children must wear proper sports attire and shoes.

The organizer is not responsible for unattended children.

By registering for the event, parents/guardians grant permission to the organizer to capture and use photographs/videos of participants during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

Additionally, any photos/videos voluntarily shared by parents/participants with the organizer may also be used for promotional purposes. Such submissions will be considered as consent for usage by the organizer without any compensation.

The organizer may use such media for future event promotions across digital and offline platforms.

Participant details may be used for event communication and future updates.

All official communication will be done via the registered mobile number and email ID.

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or government regulations.

In such cases, registration will be adjusted to the new date and no refunds will be issued.

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-participation on event day.

Participants are advised not to carry valuables; the organizer will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

The organizer shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities or unforeseen events.

All decisions made by the organizer will be final and binding.

The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
