Run For Education 2023 - 1 Edition

Run for Education is being organized by Ekal Foundation, Round Table India & Ladies Circle to support the cause of “Freedom through
Eductaion”. 'Run for Education' is a fund raising event and funds collected will be used for education of under privileged children. 

About Ekal
- Ekal Vidyalaya is a Movement involved in integrated & holistic development of rural & tribal India
- The main activity undertaken in this movement is to run one-teacher schools (known as Ekal Vidyalayas)
- Bringing Education and empowerment to Remote Rural India
- An education revolution with over 100,000+ schools bringing literacy to 3 millions rural children
- Ekal on Wheels is a mobile computer lab that provides digital literacy training to youth in rural villages.
- Empowering rural women to become micro- entrepreneurs. 


About Round Table India
- Voluntary Organisation with 43,000 members across 52 countries worldwide.
- A non-religious, non-political organization working for the social welfare

- Comprises of HNI businessmen, entrepreneurs,

- Passionately working for the eradication of illiteracy through the Freedom Through Education initiative
- Built more than 7890 Classrooms in 3347 Projects impacting 8.67 million children.

About Ladies Circle
- Ladies Circle India has 136 Circles with more than 1800 Circlers.
