RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS

The race will start and finish in Jalandhar City. The course is designed to give participants an exciting and fast-paced running experience. Multiple aid stations and medical support will be available throughout the course to keep runners hydrated and supported.

               ***RACE DISTANCES CUTOFF(S) & MINIMUM AGE***

Timed 21.1K - Start time 06:30 AM - cut off timing 3:30 hrs - Minimum 18 years old as on race day

Timed 10K - Start time 07:00 AM - 2:00 hrs - Minimum 15 years old as on race day

 Non Timed Fun Run 5K - start time 07:30 AM - NO CUT OFF TIME - Minimum 10 years old as on race day

               **REGISTRATION BENEFITS**

The registration fee includes a timed chip for all race categories. It also covers the participant kit, jersey, goodie bag, food, medical aid, refreshments on race day, and a finisher's medal.

Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable, unless event gets cancelled or postponed. In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event due to unavoidable reasons kindly inform the organizers latest by MARCH 10, 2025 by writing to raftaardesoorme@gmail.com to get a refund (excluding processing fee).

Raftaar is a service project under the esteemed banner of Rotary. The Rotary Club of Jalandhar Helping Hands has already successfully organized four Cyclothon events in Jalandhar City.

This year, the Raftaar Jalandhar Half Marathon marks a new milestone as it is being organized for the very first time. Through this event, Rotary aims to promote its Seven Areas of Focus, which include:

Peace and conflict resolution

Disease prevention and treatment

Water and sanitation

Maternal and child health

Basic education and literacy

Economic and community development

Environmental sustainability

Raftaar embodies the spirit of service, community engagement, and personal empowerment, bringing together individuals to conquer distances while contributing to meaningful causes.

• Ticket Refund Policy

Once an entry is received, no requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

However, only in case of illness or injury, participants may opt for the BIB Surrender facility from 15th March 2025 (10 AM) to 25th March 2025 (7 PM) by sending an email with the subject: BIB Surrender Request to raftaardesoorme@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed after deducting an INR 250 processing fee. A medical certificate is mandatory to avail of this facility.
