If any Age Group has less than 5 participants it will be merged with the lower Age Group
The organizers have the right to change anything regarding the event at any time
Important instructions:
Timing chip (Bib) will be used for Competitive races.
Cash prizes for first 3 finishers. No ranking or prize, if no. of participants are less than 5 in the event.
Medals for finishers in all competitive and 2 km kids run.
Ambulance and medical help in emergency will be available.
Water points are available at every 1.5 km. distances.
After finishing the event, use your coupons to enjoy water, tea, snacks and energy drinks.
Long running events are strenuous tasks. Attempt only if advisable by doctors.
Participants have to follow instructions given, on the ground and on route.
Participants, reporting late, can not participate.
The prize money of competitive races will be transferred in winners bank accounts.
Enjoy running. It is not advisable to push beyond ones capacity. It is dangerous.
Finishers of 21 km,10 km, 5 km(smart) and 2 km can collect their medals from respective counter after race.
Certificates can be downloaded from the website alpharacingsolution.com after the race.
The decision of race director will be final and binding in case of controversies.
Race timing may vary depending upon race day conditions.
