About the Event 

The Pink 10K Challenge Bangalore (Season 5), organized with the Assist Help Foundation, is a premier running event dedicated to supporting women’s health, safety, and breast cancer awareness. Running under the motto "For All Her Tomorrows," this inclusive community event is open to both men and women—welcoming runners of all levels to enjoy a smooth, scenic course on Bangalore's NICE Road.

Race Categories & Eligibility 

•21 KM (Half Marathon) 

°Timing: Timed Bib 

°Eligibility: Open to all participants (Men & Women) 

•10 KM Run 

°Timing: Timed Bib 

°Eligibility: 12 years or older on race day 

°Awards: Pink Podium Trophies for top 3 finishers across age groups (Below 18, 18–30, 31–40, 41–50, 51–60, and Above 60) 

•5 KM & 3 KM Fun Runs 

°Timing: Non-Timed Bib 

°Eligibility: 5 years or older on race day (Non-competitive) 

•Support Pass 

°Non-running pass for individuals wishing to contribute to the cause without participating in the run. 

Participant Inclusions & Facilities •Race Kit: High-quality Dry-Fit T-shirt, race bag, and official bib (timed or non-timed based on category). 

•On-Course Support: Hydration stations, medical assistance, and physiotherapy support.

•21 KM (Half Marathon) Early Bird: ₹1,499.00 (+ ₹37.48 service fee) 

•10 KM Early Bird: ₹1,299.00 (+ ₹32.48 service fee) 

•5 KM Early Bird: ₹1,099.00 (+ ₹27.48 service fee) 

•3 KM Early Bird: ₹799.00 (+ ₹19.98 service fee) 

•Support Pass: ₹199.00 (+ ₹4.98 service fee)
