Join us on April 9, 2023, as we celebrate World Health Day by promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles through our annual World Health Day Run. We're excited to bring together individuals of all ages and fitness levels to participate in a fun and meaningful event.
The event will feature a 10K, 5K, Run and 2K walk, The course is designed to be scenic and enjoyable for all, with ample rest stops along the way. Water stations will also be available throughout the course to keep participants hydrated.
After completing the run, participants will be welcomed back to the finish line where they can enjoy refreshments, music, and entertainment. There will also be health and wellness booths available for participants to learn more about healthy living, including nutrition, fitness, and mental health.
