Race Categories:

Harvest Gold will donate 20 slices per registration
► On-ground, 10 Km Run (6:00am start, 14yrs & above)- Rs 1600/-
► On-ground, 5 Km Run (6:10am start, 10yrs & above)- Rs 1600/-
► On-ground, 3 Km Run (6:15am start, 10yrs & above)- Rs 1600/-
► On-ground, 5 Km Walkathon (6:10am start, non-timed)- Rs 1400/-

Discounts:

► 50% discount till 15^th August
► 40% discount till 29^th August
► 30% discount till 12^th Sept

Bonus Discounts:

► Avail extra discount over and above ongoing discount by sharing a photo at support@coachravinder.com showing family members (3 or more) are having breakfast together. The packet of Harvest Gold bread/bun (any product) should be clearly visible in the pic. 3 members having breakfast means 3% bonus. Max 10% bonus discount can be availed. Once you share the pic, you will be given a code to avail the bonus discount.
Registration closes on 19^th September or as soon as the targeted slots are filled.

Participants’ Takeaways:

All participants will get a Runner's Kit which includes a T-Shirt and a Harvest Gold Shopper Bag. Finisher’s Medal and Timing/ participation certificate for all. Hot breakfast will be served in the assembly area.

Rewards:

► Winners: Total 2, 10K winners (one man & one woman) will be chosen from the Gurgaon & Kochi races. The winners would get a sponsored trip with a companion each to run the 2023 edition of the Bimbo Global Race 2023 in the host country. (Terms & Conditions apply)
► Trophies for top 3 fastest Men & Women in 10K, 5K, 3K & 3K Junior Run (open age category, by gun timing). No cash prizes
► Age Category wise rewards for all race distances & categories (by net timing).
► Walkathon which is a non-timed fun activity, hence no prizes.

Kit Collection Expo:

All the participants will be informed in due course about running kit collection details. The timing certificate will be available online.

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to Covid related lockdowns & reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
