Welcome to the 12th Edition of the TCS Fit4life Corporate Challenge, a spectacular event designed to ignite the spirit of running and promote a healthy work-life balance. This year, we are thrilled to bring this exhilarating 10 km running challenge to the vibrant city of Hyderabad, encouraging more individuals to lace up their running shoes and embrace the joy of running.

What is Corporate Challenge?

The TCS Fit4life Corporate Challenge 10K stands as one of the largest corporate running events, fostering a culture of fitness and well-being among corporate employees. This event transcends traditional races, offering a unique platform for participants of all ages and fitness levels to come together, celebrate health, and experience the thrill of a 10 km run in a picturesque setting. Moreover, TCS contributes to a social cause.

This year's theme, 'Work Hard, Play Hard,' emphasizes the importance of embracing a healthy work-life balance. We believe that a balanced life contributes to overall well-being, and the run serves as a powerful metaphor for maintaining a steady pace through life's challenges.

What We Offer:

Every registered participant receives a specially curated Runner's Kit, including a T-shirt and a delightful goodie bag.

Every participant receives a specially designed 'SEA to TEE' t-shirt made from recycled ocean plastic, a delightful sustainable goodie bag and a bib with time chip.

All participants are honored with a completion medal, e-certificate and professional photos capturing memorable moments.

Exciting prizes await the winners, recognizing their dedication and performance during the run.

Winning Categories(Only for 10 km):

These categories aim to acknowledge individual excellence, team speed, and corporate participation, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie.

Please note there are no winning categories for 3Km category as it is a fun family run. Individual winners will be calculated based on gun time and Fastest corporate winners will be calculated based on chip time.

Fitness and Nutrition Plan:

As a unique offering, all participants will receive an 8-week fitness and nutrition plan. This plan, crafted by experts, aims to equip you with the right energy for your runs. Daily exercise techniques will be shared to guide and coach you towards a healthier lifestyle.
