Khelo Bharat Sansthan is a non-profit venture based out in Rajasthan and is working towards the development of India’s sports talents in district, state and national disciplines, through our exclusive scholarships and knowledge building programmes for such meritorious and emerging players. Our mentors include many olympians, national athletes and coaches. We firmly believe that athletes who are working to achieve their potential can inspire countless others to strive for excellence. This foundation was founded by a group of individuals who have found their potential through sports and wanted to harness the power of sports for the betterment of more such youngsters. We not only deliver various sports programmes but also provides high quality sports coaching to empower and enable the youth to learn from sport in the best possible environment and be able to achieve the heights of sports in the right spirit of the game.
"Khelo Bharat Sansthan" brings you First Event after the the Covid related restrictions,
"BHIWADI HALF MARATHON"
Event will be carried out in three categories,
1. Beginner's Run 5km Starts 08:00 AM
2. Pro Run 10km Starts 07:00 AM
3. Ultra Run 21km Starts 05:50 AM

Registrations:
Registration starts on 16th Dec 2021.
Registration closes on 23rd Mar 2022 at midnight or earlier after the tickets are over.

** Ans:- MINIMUM 50 PARTICIPANTS IS NECESSARY IN SELECTED RACE CATEGORY (MALE AND FEMALE SEPARATELY) FOR PRIZE ALLOTMENT TO THE ATHLETES.**

BIB EXPO organized one day prior to the event,
Dated 25th MAR 2022.
Where you will collect all the related items require for the running day event.

Instructions:
- Open for everyone with age above 18 years.
- Kids between 12 to 18 years can participate only for BEGINNERS RUN/ 5KM with their parents.
- Self supported event.
- Hydration and limited nutrition support on the way.
- Please fill correct information and read the instructions carefully before booking.
- Use mobile number with whatsapp connection, as all communications will be through whatsapp only.
- The event will be carried out observing all rules in view of Covid 19 Pandemic.
- Running is a strenuous activity. Please insure your own physical fitness.
- Event can be postpond or cancelled in case of unavoidable circumstances owing to Covid 19 pandemic.
- In that case next date of the event will be communicated as soon as possible.
- Please carry your photo ID for the run.
- For registrations done after 11th JAN 2022, personalized BIB may not be possible.
Cancellations & Refund Policy:
- In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to covid related lockdowns and reason beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fees are non-refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
- Participants will not be allowed to change their race categories post-registration, so we advise the participants to be careful while selecting the categories
- Request for Name, Email-Id and Contact information change will be entertained only once for Genuine cases during the entire registration process
- Participants will not be allowed entry without masks.
- A baggage facility will be provided at the venue, but the organizers will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable items
- Gates for the event will close within 30 minutes after flag-off and no participant shall be allowed to start the race post the 30-minute mark.
Waiver statement:
I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
