The Participant (parent/legal guardian in case of less than 18Y) agrees that the Participant is medically fit to participate in the event. Please consult your doctor. The organiser bears no responsibility for the medical fitness of the participant.

We trust the participant on the qualification timing provided by you.

Refund

Case 1

If the organizers cancel the event, we assure all registered participants of a full refund. 

For those who have opted to claim their event day T-shirt, please note that a deduction of Rs 500/- will be made from the total refund amount, and the balance will be refunded to you.

Case 2

In the event that we as organizers have to postpone the event, you have the option to participate in the event on the new date, or you may transfer your registration to a friend or family member or you can also opt to defer your registration to the following year's edition.

Case 3

We do not offer refunds for any reason. (not even medical/a change in plans)

However, we offer the option for you to transfer your registration to a friend or family member if you are within the transfer window. Please email us at reach@blrsports.org, and we will gladly assist you
