ONE SMILE PER MILE. Raising Blood Donation for Thalassemia Patients

THE RUN AIMS TO PASS THE MESSAGE OF FITNESS TO ALL.

Race Details:

RUN has 2 segments: INDIVIDUAL or COUPLE.

RUN has 3 CATEGORIES as below:

10 Km: Rs.499/- per person TIMED RUN (Min age 12 years )

5 Km: Rs.299/- per person TIMED RUN (Min age 7 years)

3 Km: Rs.199/- per person (Min age 6 years)

Registration Compulsory for all Runners.

Rules For Couple: (No age bar and No age categories in Couple Run)

> Winners will be declared from the 10km/5km run category. 3km is FUN RUN.

> Only Married couples will be eligible for Couple Run.

> The maximum time taken by either partner will be considered as the Couple Finish time.

For Example, Wife reaches 30 minutes and the Husband reaches 32 minutes then 32 minutes will be considered the Couple Finish time.

> Do NOT over-push your partner for speed or victory. Finishing a race is the greatest victory.

> TOP 10 couples will be declared winners.

Rules For Individual Runners

> Winners will be declared from the 10km/5km run category. 3km is FUN RUN.

Winners AGE CATEGORIES ONLY applied to Individual runners.

TOP 1-2-3 in Male/Female segments.

7 years-12 years: (FOR 5 km)

12 years-18 years (For 10 & 5 Km)

18 years-30 years (For 10 & 5Km)

30 years-45 years (For 10 & 5 Km)

45 years-60 years (For 10 & 5Km)

60 years+ (For 10 & 5Km)

Runner Amenities

• Official Race T-Shirt 
• Goodie Bag 
• An official race BIB (RFID Tagged) for 10K & 5K Run
• Water energy drinks and refreshments along the course. 
• Medical Support. Post-race refreshments Finisher’s medal for all Finishers.
• Timing SMS & Timing Certificate (Soft Copy) for 10K & 5K Run

Rules & Regulations

• Participants must register on or before the closing date of the registration no new entry will be accepted post
• Once registration is confirmed the fee is non-refundable IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE ORGANIZERS THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID BY YOU FOR PARTICIPATION WILL BE ADJUSTED TOWARDS YOUR PARTICIPATION ON A NEW DATE. IN THE EVENT OF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE ON THE NEW DATE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
• Please save the confirmation email received after registration as a reference for future communications.
• Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and timing bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the subsequent edition of the event.
• Please note if you don't wear your timing bib tag as instructed you won't be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official Certificate recording your finish times. No bib tag – No Timing – No Prize.
• No vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course. 
• Only those confirmed participants wearing the running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.
• Further, every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation fold alteration or damage to the bib will amount to the disqualification of the runner from the event.
• Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
• Baggage counters are available for all participants. It is strongly recommended that you not leave valuables like mobile phone camera jewellery watches electronic gadgets etc. in the bag stored. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or its belongings
• Participants must cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venue and on the route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.
• Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation & transfer will not be accepted and thereby refund will not be entertained.
• The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing team and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.
• The rules listed are subject to change as per the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee. 
• Please bear in mind that all events venues and timings are subject to change.

Disclaimer

I am voluntarily participating in the अग्र Marathon with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury. By signing this Waiver and Release I declare that I am medically able properly trained physically fit and capable of participating in a race and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the अग्र Marathon. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for all my medical expenses. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the अग्र Marathon. I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless the अग्र Marathon Team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heir's assigns and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to अग्र Marathon its Partner organizations and employees to use all information submitted in my application and/or my name photograph videotape motion picture recording voice or likeness for any purpose including pre-race and post-race publicity.

I/We understand there may be moving traffic on the road during the time of the race.

I/We have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents. By signing this waiver I/ We have indicated that I/ We have read understood and agreed to the Waiver and Release Form.
