(Run for Gold - Charity Run)

Participation in Run for Gold is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Participants must follow all instructions given by the organizer, venue team, security staff and event volunteers.

The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, vehicles or accessories.

Participants must be physically fit to participate in their chosen race category. Consult a doctor if you have any health concerns.

Participants must behave respectfully with other participants, staff and organizers. Misconduct may lead to removal without refund.

Registration amount is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

Limited slots are subject to availability and may be closed without prior notice.

The organizer reserves the right to change event timing, venue rules, or arrangements if required due to safety, weather, authority instructions or operational reasons.

Participants allow the organizer to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes without compensation.

Any dispute related to the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

By registering, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted all event rules, terms and conditions.
