MAHETHON 2027 (Open for all)

Building on the remarkable success of the previous edition, we are delighted to announce that the MAHE Bengaluru Marathon (MAHETHON) 2027 is scheduled to be held on 24 January 2027 at the MAHE Bengaluru campus.

MAHETHON 2026 witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 10,000 participants taking part across the 3K Fun Run, 5K Timed Run, 10K Timed Run, and 21.1K Half Marathon categories. The event brought together students, faculty, corporate professionals, fitness enthusiasts, families, and members of the community, making it one of the most vibrant and impactful sporting events in the region.

Inspired by UN Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, the second edition explores the power of flow, renewal and collective action, reminding us that meaningful change begins with every step we take together.

Last date to registration is December 31st 2026

The Event Categories:

1) 3K Fun Run - 16+ yrs and above (open for all)

2) 3K Fun Run (Timed) - 5+ yrs to 13 yrs and 13+ yrs to 16 yrs (Boys and Girls)

3) 5K Run (Timed) - OPEN: 16+ yrs to 30 yrs; SENIOR: 30+ yrs to 45 yrs; SENIOR+: 45+ yrs to 60 yrs, and 60+ yrs and above (Men & Women)

4) 10K Run (Timed) - OPEN: 16+ yrs to 30 yrs; SENIOR: 30+ yrs to 45 yrs; SENIOR+: 45+ yrs to 60 yrs, and 60+ yrs and above (Men & Women)

5) 10K Forces Run (Timed) [for armed forces, police force etc.] - 18+ yrs and above

6) 21.1K Run (Timed) - OPEN: 16+ yrs to 30 yrs; SENIOR: 30+ yrs to 45 yrs; SENIOR+: 45+ yrs to 60 yrs, and 60+ yrs and above (Men & Women)

Registration Fees:

1) 3K Fun Run : INR 199 | Flag-off time is 8:00 am

2) 5K Run (Timed) : INR 599 | Flag-off time is 7:30 am

3) 10K Forces Run (Timed) : Free | Flag-off time is 6:30 am
