K2S Trailblazer 21 kms (Pro/Competitive Category) 

Entry Fee - Rs.1755/-

K2S Adventure Run - 7 kms (Novice Category)

Entry Fee - Rs.900/-

Calling all adventure-seekers and beginners! This scenic route is perfect for those who want to try trail running for the first time. No pressure, just fun! You can hike, run, or walk at your own pace and enjoy the lush green surroundings.

Age groups for K2S Trailblazer 21 kms (Pro/Competitive Category)

*18 to 35 - Men/Women (Open Category)

Please note- If the Participant age is less then 1 day from turning into 36 age on the day of Race, He/She would be considered in open category only.

*36 to 45 - Men/Women 

Please note- If the Participant age is less then 1 day from turning into 46 age on the day of Marathon, He/She would be considered same category only.

 *46 Above - Men/Women ( Veteran Category) 

Please note - If the participant is turning 46 on the day of Marathon. He/ She would be considered in Veteran Category Only.

*Important Instruction about Cash Prizes  - A minimum of 15 participants is required in each category for full podium prizes to be awarded. If the number of participants is fewer than 15, only the 1st place prize will be given.

Cash Prizes are only for 21 km Category

Cut-off timing - 7 HRS (All participants must finish full course in given time)

Rules & Regulations : -

All participants must be minimum 18 years of age.

All the mandatory things are compulsory.

All Participants needs to show all mandatory things to organizers at the start line.

If participant fails to carry mandatory items leads to disqualification and will not be allowed to participate in the race.

NO transport, food or water will be provided by organizers during the race course.

Parking not allowed at the Katraj Old tunnel. All participants should be present at the starting line. All participants failing to have registration stamp and start sign will be out of the race.

Medals and refreshments for all finishers at the finish line.

Fees once you paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.

All rights are reserved with the management.This is semi supported race hence you should carry all the mandatory things which has given below -

Mandatory Things :-

Each participant must carry one small sack,

Min 2 liters of water

1 energy bar

1 electrolyte sachet

1 first aid kit

1 Hiking or Walking Sticks

Must wear Good Quality trekking or sports shoes

Identity Proof (aadhar card / driving licence)

Transportation Facility:

We have arranged a transportation facility for the convenience of all participants. However, please note that a minimum of 30 participants per location group is required for the service to operate.

Sinhgad Road + Swargate: Minimum 30 participants

If the count falls below the required minimum for any group, we may cancel the facility for that route, or participants may be asked to bear additional charges to continue the service.

Terms & Conditions

You understand the risks involved and requirements of competing the K2S MONSOON ADVENTURE RACE.

You have gone through necessary training to compete in the race. Race will begin early morning in light and will be end in the afternoon. You will be responsible for yourself and should have the ability to deal with any problems that may be encountered during the race.

You can deal with, on your own without assistance, deteriorating weather conditions (low temperatures, strong winds, and rain) and other troubles expected on route.

You can deal with extreme fatigue, internal organ and digestive problems, muscle pain, mild physical injuries, and psychological problems on your own.

By registering for the event, you confirm your acceptance that the organizers can send you communication from time to time regarding K2S MONSOON ADVENTURE RACE.

By entering the event venue and / or participating in the race, the attendees permit themselves to be photographed / recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast / publication and other display usage by the organizers.

By registering for the event, you have confirmed and given your consent that the information provided by you - name, address, email id, contact number, blood group, fitness certificate etc. are correct and the same has been provided by you willingly.

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and are participating in the event at their own risk. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible or liable for any sort of bodily injury, illness or death sustained to or by you whatsoever and howsoever this is caused.

You must be aware that the property you will be running on is the property of Maharashtra State Forest Department, Village Gram Panchayat limits and that you will respect the environment you are passing through at all times.

By completing the registration, you agree to pay the full registration fee upfront, acknowledging that the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Additionally, you understand that your registration is strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person under any circumstances.

You fully understand that you are responsible for overcoming the above conditions on your own and that it is not the responsibility of the race organizers. You are fully aware that when participating in an outdoor activity such as this race, your safety depends on your own skills and abilities. Video/television footage, photos, articles, race results, etc.may be used and/or shown in newspapers, television, magazines, internet, pamphlets, etc. You understand and agree that these rights belong to the race organizers and may be used for these purposes by them or entities authorized by them. Each participant expressly foregoes his/her image rights for the photos taken for the duration of the race and undertakes not to take any action against the organizers and sponsors.
