Description
After the successful 1st edition of the Dandeli Ultra run team Tabono Sports is excited to announce the launch of 2nd edition of ultra-run at an extraordinarily beautiful place in the rocky trails of Western Ghats, in the state of Karnataka. It is also known as the adventure capital of South India.
The untouched green landscapes house a staggering range of flora and fauna. Dandeli is home to colossal mountains, nature reserves, and fascinating wildlife. This place is an incredible destination for every kind of traveler.
The run course follows the meandering roads and takes the runners through a scenic loop of a fully supported 50 km route. Strategically planned aid stations at every 5kms allow the runners to keep themselves hydrated.
The 50kms course is challenging with undulating terrain and an elevation gain and loss of approximately 950 meters. Enjoy the run and engulf the maddening peace and beauty of the Western Ghats. If you are lucky you may get a chance to meet and greet the spectators (Wildlife) along the route cheering for you.
