Description
Standard set of rules to ensure fair play and safety for all participants. Here are some key rules:
Age: Minimum age is 16 years
Biking:
- Helmets are mandatory.
- No drafting (riding close behind another athlete).
- Athletes must stay to the left side of the road.
Running:
- No bare foot or socks only (Shoes Mandatory)
- No headphones or earbuds.
- Runners must stay on the designated course.
Transitions:
- Athletes must rack their bikes in the designated transition area.
- No outside assistance during transitions.
Equipment:
- Bikes must meet specific safety standards.
- No modifications to bikes or helmets.
Sportsmanship:
- Respect fellow athletes, officials, and spectators.
- No unsportsmanlike behavior.
