The Summit Run Lurntsu Circuit (SRLC) is a premier mountain trail race in the Tehri-Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. As the third installment in the prestigious Summit Run Series—following Indrahar and Sethan Hamta—this event offers athletes an accessible yet challenging high-altitude experience just a few hours from Delhi. Runners navigate through pristine pine forests and scenic ridgelines, summiting Nag Tibba and Lurntsu Peak. Whether you are a seasoned marathoner or a burgeoning trail runner, the SRLC provides a professional-grade racing environment with comprehensive support, medical safety, and an immersive overnight camping experience at the historic Devalsari Forest Rest House.

Race Schedule & Key Dates

BIB Distribution: December 4, 2026 | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Devalsari Forest Guest House.

Race Day: December 5, 2026.

Start Time: 4:30 AM IST onwards.

Location: Devalsari Forest Rest House, Jaunpur Range, Uttarakhand (Approx. 1.5 hours from Mussoorie).

Race Categories & Requirements

Trail Marathon (42 km)

•Route: Devalsari – Nag Tibba Top – Ghodiappa Meadows – Lurntsu Peak – Devalsari.

•Time Limit: 14 Hours.

•Qualifying Criteria: Completion of a 20 km+ trail race or a full road marathon within the last 6 months.

30 km Trail

•Route: Forest trails leading to Nag Tibba top via scenic ridgelines with ~2000m elevation gain.

•Time Limit: 11 Hours.

•Qualifying Criteria: Completion of a 20 km+ trail race or a full road marathon within the last 6 months.

16 km Trail

•Route: Devalsari forest area traversing the ridge touching Lurntsu 1 & 2.

•Time Limit: 5 Hours.

•Qualifying Criteria: Completion of a 15–30 km trail event or a half-marathon within the last 6 months.
