A marathon to show gratitude to all health workers in the domain of health & workers from the municipality & proud police, public & Private institute and an individual who were so courageous during the pandemic & hold their responsibilities by risking their own lives to save us.
4Memories event is organized for all the runners and riders from all over India to participate in Live as well as Virtual to support the novel cause. For Live only runners can participate.
Registration start date : 12th May 2022
Registration close date : 10th June 2022

Live -3rd July 2022 5:00 AM onwards ( Race will Begun: 10KM 5:45AM, 5KM 6:15AM, 2KM: 6:45AM .)
Virtual - 2nd July or 3rd July 2022 (As Choose any one day as per your convenient time )

Bib collocation day( Participant who will be participating in Live marathon)
-18th to 19th June 2022( Place will be informed in advance via mail or message or call).
-Incase someone wants it at their doorstep they need to pay RS 100 for courier charges.

The following prizes will be awarded: Winners will be selected as per age categories mentioned bellow but there should be a minimum 10 participants to be eligible for the winner at a particular age group.
10KM: Time Chip (Age Categories 18-30, 31-50, 50Above)

Rules & Regulation
(Participant who will be participating in Live marathon)
- We will consider the winner as per the timing.Podium Finishers will receive a token of appreciation as per above mentioned things & category.
- Do not carry expensive stuff like gold,money we will not responsible for loss
- Run Time-10KM 5:45AM, 5KM 6:15AM, 2KM: 6:45AM .
- Participants need to present at the venue before 15-20 minutes of their race timing.
- All the participants will receive a timing chip bib except the 2 KM participant( specific bib number) that they need to carry during the run by sticking on their T-shirt. Without bibs runners will not be allowed in the run.
- Participants who will be participating in 2KM will receive a Bib that they need to bring on race day to run.
- In case you lose your bibs before the race, you need to be informed prior to one day and need to pay an extra amount to regenerate the bibs.
-Baggage Counter and Washroom Facility will be available.( request you to not carry any expensive and unwanted things that need to be deposit)
- Participants need to avoid participation in the event if he/she is sick or suffering from any serious disease, or any health issue on the day of the event or before as the organizer is not responsible for any health issue occurring during the run.
-Registration and purchase merchandise fees are non refundable.
-The name of the participant should be written in capital and correct as it will appear in the certificate as well as other merchandise. No change will be done after receiving your registration form.
-We also do not encourage anyone to harm their health by taking part in our event as our objective is to create awareness to be healthy and active. Therefore we ask our participants to run or ride as pre their strength.
-In case of any accident, the organizers do not take up any responsibility.
-You are to participate only in the race category for which you have applied and for which your entry has been confirmed.
-Your entry and running number bib is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.
-Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or timing bib number with another individual, will be disqualified from the Event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the next edition of the Event.
-No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.
-Photographs taken of runners during the registration and on race day may be used for the purpose of promoting the event.
-In the remote case of the run being canceled / postponed due to reasons of State or Nature, beyond the control of the organizers, there will be a refund of the registration amount.
-Without shoes not allowed
- Participants can register themselves in the platform introduced by the organizer and keep proof of registration and payment incase organizer asks at any certain point of time.

-Registration and purchase merchandise fees are non refundable.
-its mandatory to share your Run or Ride details on our strava club (4MemoriesEvent) or directly WhatsApp on +918291879820 to be eligible to receive a certificate .
-You will also receive an Email, whatsapp, telephonic call notification from our end to intimate the necessary information regarding the event as and when it's required.
-Any query in regard to the event should convey to us via mail, WhatsApp and call if it is urgent.(We are available from 10 Am to 7PM)
-All your purchased goodies that include medals or T-shirts will be courier at your doorstep after 7 days from the closing date of the event.
-The name of the participant should be written in capital and correct as it will appear in the certificate as well as other merchandise. No change will be done after receiving your registration form.
-We are not responsible for not receiving your goodie bags if the address is not correctly mentioned in the form Or courier services not available in the particular area.
-E-certificate will be sent in your whatsapp number or email provided by you in the form while registering in the marathon.
