RUN FOR A CAUSE KHARGHAR MARATHON 2026

The Cause Travellers Social Welfare Organisation, a registered NGO (80G, 12A & CSR-1 certified), proudly presents the Run for a Cause – Kharghar Marathon 2026. Since 2017, our organisation has been actively working for organ donation awareness, thalassemia prevention, and multiple community welfare programmes across India.

Our dedicated team continue to spread awareness with a commitment to "Saving Lives Through Awareness."

This marathon is a fundraising initiative to set up a Dialysis Centre in Kharghar and to provide filters for Thalassemia children in various hospitals across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Terms & Conditions

1. General Rules

• Participants must ensure they are medically fit to run.

• Government ID is required at BIB distribution.

• Organisers may modify the route, timing, or event schedule for safety/security reasons.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable & non-transferable, except under genuine emergencies:

o Serious medical condition with medical certificate.

o Hospitalisation, accident, or circumstances beyond personal control.

Suggested Refund Structure:

• Cancellation :-50% refund of Registration charges 7 days before the event

If the event is cancelled due to weather, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances, the run may be rescheduled and registrations will be carried forward.

3. Liability Clause

• Participants run at their own risk.

• The organisers are not responsible for personal belongings.

• Medical team will be available, but organisers are not liable for any medical emergencies.

4. BIB Collection & Timings Will be intimated 5 days before the event

• Timing BIB must be worn visibly during the entire run.(Where applicable)

• No participant will be allowed to run without a valid BIB.

5. Dispute Clause

• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Raigad & Navi Mumbai Courts only.
