- Is there an age restriction for the event?

Yes, participants above 10 years and above are allowed.

- Is there parking available?

Yes, there will be parking facilities available on the day of race day and on the day of bib expo as well.

- Are there accommodations for individuals with disabilities?

No, there is no accommodation service but we have a team of volunteer to take care if needed anything.

- What is the dress code for the event?

Yes, Nitrrothon official jersey which you can collect on bib collection day, comfortable running bottoms and running shoes.

- Where to collect the bib from, bib expo venue?

🎽 Bib Expo & Collection Date: 14th March 2026 Time: 9am to 9pm Bib Expo Location: Nitrro Wellness & Fitness Hub, Kalyani Nagar Waterfront Society, Vithalrao Vandekar Rd, Prathamesh Society, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411006 Participants can collect their bibs by simply showing their Nitrrothon registration ID at the venue.

- Will all participants receive medals and goodies?

Yes! Every finisher will receive: A Finisher Medal (one per participant) & An Official Nitrrothon T-Shirt (Bib Collection - Pre Event)

Instructions

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the reporting time to warm up and locate your designated start zone.

• Wearing the official NITRROTHON jersey (collected during bib distribution) is mandatory on race day.

• Bib number must be worn and clearly visible at all times; entry and timing will not be allowed without it.

• Ensure you are wearing comfortable running shoes and light athletic gear suitable for the weather.

• Hydration stations will be available along the route to keep you energized and safe.

• Run fair and run clean — no pushing, blocking, or taking shortcuts. Any form of unfair practice will lead to immediate disqualification.

• Runners are to follow all route, safety, and volunteer instructions throughout the event.

• Participants using gym access as part of their registration must strictly follow Nitrro Fitness gym rules and etiquette.

• Finisher medals will be awarded only once per participant upon successful race completion.

• Help us maintain cleanliness — dispose of bottles, cups, and wrappers responsibly.
