Ever wanted to see how fast you can run a 5K? There's no better place to try than a time trial. It's not a race, more an opportunity to run an accurate 5K at whatever effort level or speed you want. It's a great way to see where you're at now and in our next time trial to help you track your process.
One of the traditional ways to run time-trials is to run each one at the same heart-rate or effort level, then compare your times from run-to-run: if you run quicker for the same heart-rate then you are fitter! (assuming similar weather conditions).What you get?
