Aravali Trail Run is for the beginners as well as for the ultra-runners. You have a chance or choice to spend up to 12hrs on the Trails of picturesque Aravali Forest. This one could make a beginner an ultra-runner or an ultra-Walker! All you need to know is how much your current fitness levels can carry you through this adventure. The trail is familiar which you have been running with proper route and directional support since 2012 but still challenging. The course is 100% trail. # No cash prizes.
# No prizes/ felicitation in case of low participation (5 or less) in gender categories of each distance
# Only the winner will be felicitated if the participation is between 5 and 10.
# Top 3 will be felicitated if the participation size is 11 & above
# Age Category prizes in distance categories where participation is more than 100
# If 100Km (men) participants are able to finish their run within a cut off time of 12hrs then their registration fee amount will be reimbursed on the spot.
# If 80Km (women) participants are able to finish their run within a cut off time of 12hrs then their registration fee amount will be reimbursed on the spot.
Refund Policy-
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to Covid related lockdowns & reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
EMERGENCIES
Participants are responsible for their own safety while participating. You are encouraged to carry your cell phone with you as a safety precaution. In case of an emergency contact the nearest check point or the control room. The contact details will be made available before the start.
