Races:

10 - 12 years old Boys (12 km), Girls (10 km) - INR 299 until 25/11, INR 399 thereafter

13 - 15 years old Boys (17 km), Girls (15 km) - INR 299 until 25/11, INR 399 thereafter

16 - 18 years old Boys (25 km), Girls (20 km) - INR 299 until 25/11, INR 399 thereafter

19 - 21 years old Boys and Girls (40 km) - INR 299 until 25/11, INR 399 thereafter

22 and above years old Boys and Girls (50 km) - INR 500 until 25/11, INR 700 thereafter

Rules and Regulations:

1. Each entry must be supported by an age certificate from either of the following authorities, Head Master / Principal / Dept. A.M.C.
2. A Cyclist cannot take part in a different age group other than his own age group.
3. For Cyclist helmet is mandatory, without a helmet is not allowed in Cyclist competition. 
4. Road bike is not allowed for all boys and girls riders (10 – 21 years). 
5. Road bike is allowed only for open category (22 years above) participant.
6. E-bike is not allowed for any age group and open category.
7. Participant will have to submit age certificate (Aadhar card/Birth certificate) one day before event.
8. Participant will have to bring cycle for BIB number allotment on 6th Jan, 2024 between 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Also He / She will have to submit declaration/waiver form.
   
9. Judge’s decision will be final.
10. The prizes will be given to FIRST THREE places according to their best timings.
11. The protest fee is Rs.1000/-. Any objection by the competitor will have to be taken within 30 minutes of the event.
12. The Organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss of life or injury to the participant.
13. The Organizing committee reserves right to make any changes in the program of events. 
14. Participants should report 30 Minutes before his individual event to avoid inconvenience to both the competitor & the technical committee.
15. The last date for the online form submission is 20/12/2023 and offline form submission is 25/11/2023 by 05.30 p.m. No entries will be  accepted after the last date of submission, in any condition.
