QUALIFICATION & AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH RACE
=====================================================

For 80K - You must have completed a minimum of a marathon under 4:45 hrs or any 50K in last 2 years.

For 50K - You must have completed a minimum of a 21K in last 2 years.

There is no qualification criteria for distances as 30K | 21K | 10K | TuffKid 4K.

AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH RACE

⭕ For 21K & beyond distances - All athletes must be 18 or older on race day.

⭕ For 10K - All people must be 14 years or older on the race day.

⭕ For TuffKids 4K - All children must be 8 years or older on the race day.

RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS
===========================

Tuffman Shimla Ultra & Half Marathon Mashobra is one of the toughest run courses in India.

The race starts & finishes at Mashobra Greens, Mashobra, Near to Shimla, Himachal Pradesh for all the race categories.

⭕ 80K – 2 Loops of 40K with approx. Elevation Gain - 4366 mtrs.

⭕ 50K – Loop of 40K & U Turn 5K with approx. Elevation Gain - 2640 mtrs.

⭕ 30K – Going till 15K & turn back on the same route with approx. Elevation Gain - 1515 mtrs.

⭕ 21K – Going till 10.5K & turn back on the same route with approx. Elevation Gain - 1145 mtrs.

⭕ 10K – Going till 5K and turn back on the same route with approx. Elevation Gain - 950 mtrs.

⭕ Tuffkid 4K – Loop of 2K and turn back on the same route with approx. Elevation Gain - 600 mtrs.

Values mentioned for elevation gain are approximate & are mentioned for 80K, 50K, 30K, 21K as per tracedetrail.com

It will be again a very top-notch and challenging ultra experience for all the runners as its of the most toughest hill ultra runs in India as claimed by people.

This ultra trail will cover all the exquisite views of the dense woods at Mashobra, Shimla and will provide you a rejuvenating and revamping experience all together.

The race route is hilly (with great elevation) and will keep you ever enthusiastic as the race route is full of pine trees, scenic views at an expanse, local villages, rolling hills with amazing vegetation and will provide you either a rewarding OR a cursing (only if you didn't train well) but always zealous escapade all together.

The race loop is 40 kms (20 kms out & 20 kms back) which will be on 70% Tar Road & 30% Trail with great rolling hills elevation, almost traffic free country roads which will be perfectly cherished by you.

Adequate aid stations will be there at every 5K with Medical & Physiotherapy Support at the start point will be put up in the race as they shall be enough to keep you well hydrated, energyful & recovered all the way to and fro in the hilly run.

Local Villagers — Country people can be seen either walking to their workplaces, chilling outside their houses with sudden change of temperatures in sections of the race played by the sun & shade & #TeamTuffman waiting to receive you at the aid stations.

On 6th June, 2025 i.e. Friday at 13:30 hrs – 16:30 hrs at Mashobra Greens (Our Hospitality Partner) – Participants can collect their bib along with the goodie bags there at the race expo and 17:00 hrs onwards we’ll talk about the race course, rules and regulations, conditions and a Q/A session which would be followed by carb loading.

BAGGAGE COUNTER FOR ALL
===========================

Bags will be kept safe at the baggage counter at START / FINISH area. Valuables like mobile, wallet, cash, valuable metals, MP3 players, etc. are not to be kept inside the bag.

Light Convenience Bags can be handed over to the team with runner's name tag attached on it at the baggage counter on the race day. The bags will be available at start / finish point near the 0K Aid Station. (Any kind of valuables not to be kept inside the submitted bag, under any circumstances).

Bags kept anywhere outside the designated area - would not be administered by us. Baggage will be completely kept at owner's risk & any kind of theft claims won't be entertained.

BAG DROP (Only for 50K & 80K Runners)

Convenience Bags can be handed over to our team at the end of race briefing with runner's name tag attached on it which will be supplied in the goodie bag.

Name tags for bags will be given to each one of the participants mentioned above, where he / she can deposit the bag and request his / her bag with the nametag on. Drop Bags for 80K Participants will be kept safe at 17.5K & at 0K for 50K & 80K Participants too. (Still other extra valuables are not to be slided inside the bag)

Bags kept anywhere outside the designated area would not be administered by us and would be kept at owner’s risk.

Pictures requested in the registration process are for feature creatives and are only for promotional purposes only.

The feature creatives will only be made for registered participants up till 30th April, 2025.

No feature creative shall be made for anyone after the above mentioned date.

The same are NOT anyway a part of the race inclusions for your registration.

CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
===================================

Cancellation / Transfer of Ticket / Refund / Adjustment to future events is not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading upto event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 50 days after the virtual event.

IN CASE OF ACCOMMODATION - Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refunds / Adjustment to future dates are not possible at all, as again this one is a negotiated rate with the resort (even in force majeure events).
