Terms & Conditions – Prizes & Podium Finishers
1.Eligibility for Prizes
Only podium finishers/winners in the officially announced overall and age categories will be eligible for prizes.
Irrespective of a participant’s age, finishing time, or position outside the declared podium slots, no other claims for prizes will be entertained.
2.Age Categories (Prize Eligibility)
Prizes will strictly be awarded within the following age categories:(Male & Female)
21.1 KM Half Marathon Green Challenge (Male & Female)
18–35 years
36–45 years
46–55 years
56+ years
10 KM Green Stride, 5 KM Green Sprint (Male & Female)
16–35 years
36–45 years
46–55 years
56+ years
3.Organisers’ Rights
The organisers of ASA Greenathon 2025 reserve all rights regarding prize distribution.
The organisers’ decision on podium finishers, prize eligibility, and related matters will be final and binding on all participants.
No disputes, claims, or appeals regarding prize eligibility will be entertained.
4.General
Participation in the event implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By registering, participants agree that prize eligibility is solely governed by the rules set by the organisers.
