WALK WITH VETERANS 2026

Welfare of Ex-Servicemen remains a priority of Govt of West Bengal. Physical fitness, mental well being and civil-veteran bonding are essential components of veteran welfare. Rajya Sainik Board West Bengal in coord with Walkers Internationl will organise 3 Km “Walk with Veterans” on 08 Feb 2026 (Sunday) at 7:30AM.

The walk is to promote:

• Physical fitness and healthy lifestyle.
• Mental well-being and social bonding.
• Interaction with skilled and disciplined veterans.

All Zilla Sainik Boards, in coordination with recognised ESM organisations, organise a non-competitive group walk with the following details:

Contribution & Participation Token

• A nominal contribution of ₹65/- per participant shall be collected for Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.
• Unique ID Tags will be presented to all participants as a token of remembrance.

The programme shall be organised in a simple, dignified and strictly apolitical manner, maintaining decorum and respect for the Armed Forces.
