Ltd. Event).I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Mount Abu International Trail Marathon 2023 (an LS Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. Event) I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless to the LS Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. Team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Mount Abu International Trail Marathon 2023 (an LS Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. Event), its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.
I know that i am running on the road which is a part of forest and there is possibility of wild animal movement in this area.I should not enter and run/walk unless I am medically and physically fit. I understand the risk of running in mountainous terrain, traffic condition of the track and the effects of the weather, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Anything that may happen during the event is my sole responsibility and I will not hold any individual or organizer for any kind of illness, negative situation or even fatal injury caused during and after the event. As I will be running in the forest, I understand the risk and possibility of an encounter with wild animals and I will not hold any one responsible for the same.
